X-Shrtn ("the Service") is a free tool for shortening URLs and generating QR codes. Please use it only if you agree to these terms.
Prohibited use
The following uses are prohibited: phishing, fraud, or impersonation; distribution of malware or harmful content; activities that infringe laws or third-party rights (including copyright and trademarks); spam and other abusive behavior.
Disabling links
We reserve the right to disable or delete any short URL we deem inappropriate or dangerous, without prior notice. Disabled links return HTTP 410.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of availability or accuracy. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, nor for the content of the destinations of short URLs.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the operator's location.
